PAYMENTS
Cash is greatly appreciated. Checks are welcome. Credit Card/Debit Cards users are subject to a 3% up-charge.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Please respect my time and other clients trying to get in. It is very important that there be at least a 24-hour notice on all cancellations and reschedules. A 48-hour notice is required for Permanent Cosmetic’s. Fees may be charged for late cancellations and “no shows” for scheduled appointments. I thank you in advance for you kind consideration.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
No returns and refunds are given. All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on retail products or services.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Spa services and Permanent Cosmetic hours are by appointment, please call for availability.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Appointments are booked by calling me directly 920-858-1877. Appointments will NOT be scheduled by E-mail or facebook. Please try to pre-book or plan your appointments. Some months I can be booked out 2-3 weeks or more.

PERMANENT MAKE-UP
All new clients are required to have a complimentary consultation prior to receiving a procedure. A non-refundable down payment is required to hold procedure appointment. Must be at least 18 years of age. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations and reschedules. Fees may be charged for late cancellations and “no shows” for scheduled appointments. WE LOVE CHILDREN!!!!
Ours & yours. Please be advised that due to liability reasons, children under 12 who do not have a scheduled appointment must have childcare provided away from the salon.
